Please contact us before sending any returns. Our registered office should not be used as a returns address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

2. Our products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product packaging and appearance may occasionally vary slightly from images displayed on the website. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is materially different from its description.

Product availability is subject to change and we cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available.

3. Skincare information

Information provided on our website about skincare, ingredients, routines, skin concerns and product use is intended as general information and guidance.

It should not be considered a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Individual responses to skincare products and ingredients can vary. Please review the product information, ingredients, directions and precautions provided before using a product.

If you have concerns about a medical condition, allergy, reaction or the suitability of a product for your individual circumstances, you should seek appropriate professional advice.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and confirm that it is being processed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example:

  • A product is unavailable

  • There has been an obvious error in the price or product information

  • We are unable to authorise or process payment

  • We are unable to deliver to the address provided

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

If payment has already been taken for an order that we are unable to accept, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

Where applicable, prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you before accepting the order and give you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day.

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days following dispatch.

Standard UK delivery costs £5.99.

Delivery is free on orders over £50.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Full details can be found in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Your right to cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you will generally have the legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising this right.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at care@helenhuntskin.com within the applicable cancellation period and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel your order.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, the goods must normally be returned to us within a further 14 days.

Further information about returns, including return postage and refunds, can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Condition of returned products

You may inspect products to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If a product has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose and its value has consequently been reduced, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund to reflect that reduction in value.

For skincare products, dispensing or using a product may significantly reduce its value because we may be unable to resell it.

Any deduction will be assessed reasonably according to the condition of the returned product and the circumstances of the return.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

9. Refunds

Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will provide the refund due in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Where you cancel your entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery service. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of standard delivery.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Products supplied by us must meet the standards required by applicable UK consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose where applicable.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact care@helenhuntskin.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other reasonable information to help us understand and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

11. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, gifts, bundles or other promotional offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Promotional codes must be entered at checkout where required

  • Promotions are subject to availability

  • Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements or expiry dates

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated

We may withdraw, amend or cancel a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect orders that we have already accepted under that promotion.

Additional terms displayed alongside a particular promotion will form part of that offer.

12. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item if we cannot fulfil it.

13. Allergies, sensitivities and individual results

Please check the ingredients and product information provided before using any Helen Hunt Skin product.

Individual skin responses can vary and we cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual or produce a particular result.

A product being unsuitable for an individual's personal preferences or skin does not, by itself, mean that the product is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

14. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Our products are supplied for private consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or business interruption, arising from consumer purchases.

15. Events outside our control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include disruption to postal or delivery networks, severe weather, industrial action, failures of telecommunications or payment systems, or other circumstances that we could not reasonably have prevented.

Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its impact and keep you informed where appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

16. Intellectual property

The content of the Helen Hunt Skin website, including its text, branding, graphics, photography, product imagery, designs and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Helen Hunt Medical Aesthetics Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content without our prior permission except where permitted by law.

17. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how it may be shared and the rights available to you in relation to your personal information.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained through our cookie information and cookie preference controls.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.

The Terms that apply to your purchase will generally be those in effect when your order is placed.

The date on which these Terms were most recently updated is shown at the top of this page.

19. If part of these Terms is unenforceable

Each section of these Terms operates separately.

If a court or relevant authority decides that any part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

20. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the law applicable where you live.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
